Product Description
1. PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface, operation is more convenient and intuitive.
2. The production line can automatically identify coated glass and low-E glass, feeding automatic sheet arrangement (independent transmission).
3. The cleaning box has a double bottom plate structure, and all the upper parts are connected by bevel gears, which has stable performance and long service life.
4. The light tubes are distributed reasonably, and they are controlled by segment. This makes it better to detect the cleanliness of glass.
5. The aluminum separator has accurate positioning and convenient adjustment of positioning distance. The cleaning air knife can automatically adjust according to the thickness of glass.
6. In the third and seventh sections, glass can be pre-stored, effectively improving production efficiency.
7. The board pressure is precisely adjusted, screw-driven, and the lamination, pressing, and inflation are completed in one operation, with stable lamination.
8. Automatically detects glass length, height, and thickness, and automatically adjusts the optimal inflation space.
9. It can fill argon gas for double-glazed, triple-glazed, and hollow glass, and automatically calculate the amount of gas filling, with a high concentration.
10. This production line can produce two-layer, three-layer, and four-layer insulating glass, as well as large and small curtain wall insulating glass and special-shaped insulating glass.
11. The fully automatic insulating glass glue application equipment can achieve the continuity and smoothness of glue application for various sizes of rectangular insulating glass.
