Equipment Features

Loading section

1. Zhengke customized trace-less silicone backing wheel, reducing wheel marks during glass transfer.
2. Step type loading to avoid bumping the glass when loading.
 

Washing and drying section

1. 8 rubber rollers, 8 sprays, 3 pairs of soft brushes, could wash low e glass.
2. The bottom plate of the washing box is a double-layer bottom plate, the bottom plate is a whole sheet, there is no welding point, and there will be no water leakage.
3. The washing adopts top gear transmission.
4. 15kW silencer fan, equipped with sound insulation cotton to reduce noise.
5. 5mm thick aluminum air knife, perfect drying effect.

Transferring section

This part has four photoelectric, 2 frequency conversion control, 2 motors, and can put several small glasses.
When there are glasses waiting here, the drying will stop, avoid white marks on the glass surface.
 

Inspection and aluminum spacer assembly section

For glass positioning, we use side positioning and lower positioning with thickened stainless steel plate, instead of the spring position, prolong use time,and keep straight when assemble with big aluminum spacer.
 

Panel pressing section

The plate press is equipped with linear precision 35 square guide rails and four-corner 4060 square steel linkage devices. It is controlled by Taiwan Airtac.
