1. Cutting control and layout optimization

The fault diagnosis and alarm function can automatically record the status of equipment in production, alarm and display problems in real time.
2. Fiber laser positioning
Automatic edge finding and positioning of the glass, accurate detection of the actual position and deflection angle of the glass, and automatic adjustment of the cutting path.
Intelligent special-shaped automatic scanning, automatic intelligent detection and scanning of special-shaped edges of glass, automatic generation of graphics and automatic cutting after profiling.
3. Cutting technology
The pressure of the cutter head is controlled by a proportional valve of Taiwan's Yadeke brand. The balanced output pressure of the cylinder makes the cutter head and the glass surface fit perfectly for cutting.
Completely avoid the problem of jumping knife and wire breakage caused by glass quality.
(4)Automatic oil supply
When cutting glass, the cutting oil starts automatic oiling under air pressure control, and the cutting and oiling lubrication is completed synchronously with the cutter head through PLC control.
4. Machine walking
The machine can move forward, backward, left and right, rotate 360° without any dead ends, and can be commanded by remote control. It can walk to work anywhere in the workshop.
5. Countertop air flotation
The cutting table is equipped with air holes, and a high-pressure fan increases airflow to avoid scratches when the glass moves. Easy to move and open the glass.
6. Break glass lift up pole
The surface of the cutting table is equipped with one horizontal and one vertical broken glass lift up poles to separate the glass process after cutting.
Instead of manual labeling, the printer automatically prints information labels, automatically prints glass information on the label paper, and automatically pastes it on the glass surface.Designated location, fast, efficient and labor-saving.(Optional)
