I, Heating system: Combining unique carpet style radiation heating and strong wind convection heating. By directly applying heat to the glass surface, the effect of rapid heating is achieved. At the same time, the super strong convective wind energy circulates in the furnace without dead corners, thereby minimizing the temperature difference at various positions in the furnace. After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace can reach ± 1 degrees Celsius. Truly achieving short heating time, small temperature difference in the furnace, high production efficiency, and low electrical energy loss.

II, Insulation system: High density integrated composite board is used as the equipment insulation layer. The thickness of the insulation board reaches 75mm, which can effectively isolate the heat exchange inside and outside the furnace body. The heat conversion efficiency reaches over 98%, with almost no heat loss, further improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption, effectively saving customers electricity costs.
III, Wind circulation system: The design of the super strong wind circulation structure has improved the drawback of incomplete circulation caused by the inlet and outlet of most equipment in the market being on the same plane. The convection parallel circulation structure has been adopted to accelerate the heat circulation process, guide the direction of the heat circulation, and greatly solve the problem of long heating time, high heat loss, and large temperature difference in the furnace caused by disordered heat circulation in the market.
IV, Operating system: Siemens PLC and related analog modules from Germany are used for human-machine exchange through Siemens touch screen, and combined with Weihang OEM power regulator to achieve intelligent adjustment of the heating system. The optimal heating process between the glass surface temperature and the target temperature is achieved through PID calculation inside the PLC.
V, Vacuum pumping system: Adopting German technology, high-temperature resistant vacuum pump and equipped with vacuum filtration device can achieve water vapor separation and impurity filtration. The unique energy storage device in front of the pump allows the silicone panel to maintain pressure for a longer period of time after a sudden power outage of the vacuum pump, ensuring that the product will not be scrapped due to power outage and pressure loss of the vacuum pump.
VI, Cooling system: The top of the four layer equipment is equipped with multiple high-power cooling fans, and the ground rail of the two layer equipment is equipped with multiple cooling fans. It can achieve rapid cooling of glass after being fired, saving cooling time while also improving the transparency of the glass.
