Technical Note:
The equipment is suitable for four-side grinding, double-side grinding, multi-functional edge grinding machine, cleaning machine, cutting machine, silk screen printing, coating, mirror making, photovoltaic, frosted glass production line, etc.


How it works:
1. Loading table: automatically extract the original glass from the glass rack, flip it to the horizontal surface, and automatically transport it to the edge grinding machine or other processing workbench.
2. Unloading table: automatically induction receives the glass transmitted from the edge grinding machine or other processing workbench, adsorbs and flips it for transportation, and releases it to the glass rack.
3. Equipment composition:
Plc control device/transmission device/vacuum adsorption device/trolley walking device/flipping device/voltage stabilizing device.
Equipment performance:
1. The control system adopts imported PLC control and touch screen human-machine interface operation
2. High-power servo drive system plus rack and pinion device, slide block plus linear guide device, high walking stability and precise positioning.
3. The transmission adopts a unique glass positioning device, which automatically senses the size of the glass, reduces the ineffective walking path of the glass, and has extremely high production efficiency.
4. Use a well-known brand vacuum pump to automatically control the suction cup work according to the size of the glass.
5. The suction cup is controlled by single point and single valve, which is easy to operate and maintain.
6. Double-track flip transmission chain plus unique connecting rod device, high flip stability and safety.
