1,The machine ZKRR-3000 hot melt glue extruder is the equipment to produce the hot melt glue type of insulating glass. It is used to seal the LOW-E insulating glass, normally, it needs to seal single pass, after the glue heated and melt via the feeding system of the machine and step-up from the pump of the machine, the glue gun coat the gap of the double-glass to finish the seal.
The insulating glass of the room temperature made can be used after 1-2 minutes, easy technology. Due to the glue is hot melting glue, all pipes of the extruder machine can heat ,so you can not clean the machine, reheat it next time, it avoided the wasting of the glue.
2.Hot melt glue is a 100% solid, after heating it takes fusion, when it touch's the air, the surface is solidification and then finished in a few seconds. The major advantage as follows:
