Equipment Features

This machine is an automatic glass loading table, that integrates automatic glass loading, movement, air flotation and  break glass functions. Suitable for construction glass, fish tank production, decoration, home appliances, mirrors,glass loading operations for handicrafts and other products.

1. Function

(1)Countertop air flotation:
The cutting table is equipped with air holes and a high-pressure fan increases airflow to avoid scratches when the glass is moved. Easy to move and break glass.
(2)Break glass lift up pole:
The surface of the cutting table is equipped with one horizontal and two vertical broken glass lift up poles to separate the glass process after cutting.

2. Product configuration

(1)Machine walking
The machine can be commanded by remote control to walk forward, walk backward, turn left and right, and rotate 360° without any dead ends.
The machine is also equipped with a self-lifting device, and the equipment can also be pushed by hand to anywhere in the workshop.
(2)Machine rack
Thickened national standard steel profiles are treated with aging prestressing after welding to ensure the cutting accuracy and stability of the equipment.
(3)Air flotation fan
Specially customized high-voltage fans have high air volume and low electricity consumption, saving customers electricity costs. The glass moves easily and smoothly.
(4)Vacuum pump
The special rotary vane high negative pressure vacuum pump for cutting machines has fast air extraction, low noise, and high negative pressure to ensure stable glass grabbing.
(5)Lead screw lift
20 tons lifting equivalent, fast lifting speed, low noise, stable use, high wear resistance, and easy later maintenance.
(6)Countertop making
Made of high-density board with a thickness of 15 mm, the surface is coated with anti-static industrial-grade felt to protect the glass from scratches.
(7)Suction cup assembly
It uses pure silicone suction cup, which is still soft when used in cold weather. It has a double-layer closed structure and is stronger and more stable for grabbing glass.
