1. Standard features
1.1 Cutting control layout optimization
1.Professional glass cutting and optimized layout function: greatly improving glass cutting rate and production efficiency.
2.Compatible with the standard G-code of Italian OPTIMA optimization software and domestic Guiyou software: to realize the universality of processing files in different formats.
3.Fault diagnosis and alarm function: It can automatically record the operating status of the machine during the production process, provide fault alarms, and display problems.
1.2 Fiber laser positioning
1.Automatic edge finding and positioning of glass: Accurately detect the actual position and deflection angle of the glass, automatically adjust the cutting path of the blade, and improve efficiency.
2.Intelligent irregular scanning: The detector can intelligently scan irregular objects and provide feedback to automatically generate graphics, achieving contour cutting.
1.3 Cutting technology
The pressure of the cutting blade is controlled by an electromechanical precision pressure valve, and the cylinder uniformly outputs pressure to make the blade perfectly fit the glass surface for cutting, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of knife jumping due to glass quality issues.
1.4 Automatic fuel supply
During glass cutting, kerosene is automatically filled using pneumatic pressure control, and the oil supply time is controlled by PLC to synchronize with the cutting blade.
1.5 Glass conveying
After glass cutting, three Timing belt are used to cooperate with the air flotation system to transport the glass to the air flotation chip breaking table for chip breaking.

2.1 Countertop air flotation
The cutting table top is equipped with air flotation holes, and the centrifugal fan provides high-pressure air flow, which is convenient for glass transmission and protects the table top.
2.2 Head labeling
1.Replace manual labeling. The printer automatically prints labels that record glass information, and the labeling cylinder fingers grab the labels and attach them to the corresponding glass surface. (Customers choose this function based on their actual needs)
2. Head labeling: replaces the old-fashioned side labeling, with fast labeling speed and greatly improving production efficiency.
2.3 Laser marking
1. Switching between laser marking and automatic labeling according to demand to meet diverse production needs.
2.High speed and precision marking, capable of printing QR codes, 3c authentication, logos, etc.
2.4 Low-E membrane removal
1.The grinding wheel motor adopts a servo motor from Fuji, Japan, which has the advantages of small structure, fast starting speed, and large torque, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
2.Adopting an automatic compensation cylinder to fully ensure the pressure of film removal. Ensure that the pressure during the membrane removal process remains balanced, and the process of automatic pressurization and pressure relief
