Glass automatic storage racks
Glass automatic storage racks are suitable for all kinds of glass deep processing enterprises. They can centrally manage the storage of raw glass sheets, facilitate the storage and retrieval of glass, operate smoothly, improve site utilization, and greatly reduce the breakage rate compared with the traditional stacking method. At the same time, they can ensure the first-in-first-out of glass inventory.
The equipment generally has three models: 1830*2440mm, 2440*3660mm, and 3300*4800mm. It can be specially customized according to customer needs and can store up to dozens of packages of glass. The equipment is inspired by the traction structure of a train and has a unique mechanical manual switch, which facilitates the placement and retrieval of any package of glass in the shelf, reducing the potential risk of repeated lifting of glass. It can be operated in manual or electric mode according to customer needs.
General configuration:
1. Each shelf can store a whole package of glass of corresponding specifications. The weight is not more than 4 tons.
2. The glass shelf is made of 50X70X4 national standard steel pipe.
3. The surface treatment adopts electrostatic spraying technology, and the color is sky blue (any color can be customized).
4. The glass shelf is riveted with rubber pads, and the bottom support is a rubber plate.
5. The electrical component inverter uses the Japanese ABB brand, and all others use Schneider brands. The remote control uses the Taiwan Yuding brand. The motor is a triple variable frequency motor (customizable voltage).
