2.Usage scenarios: 1)Choose to use it offline and with the automatic loading and unloading machine. The automatic loading detects the glass size or scans the QR code before putting it into the cage. After pairing, the glass is transported out according to the requirements and automatically landed on the glass rack. 2)Choose to connect the Insulating glass sealing line to form an automatic connection, and put the two glasses that need to be paired into the storage cage by detecting the size or scanning the code.After being paired according to the work order requirements, they directly enter the insulating glass line. The output sequence is passed to the aluminum frame bending machine in advance, and the aluminum frames are made according to the output sequence to ensure uninterrupted production. 3)Docking with tempering furnace. After the glass comes out of the tempering furnace, it is directly unloaded to the glass sorting cage. Through the sorting pairing, the glass is placed on the glass rack according to the customer's order information or glass size. If the pairing is completed, it is divided into the customer's order information and the size of the glass. 4)Use before edge grinding or glazing, and take out the glass pieces in order of size to reduce the number of opening and closing times for edge grinding and increase the edge grinding efficiency by 1-3 times.
3.The equipment can automatically detect the glass size or directly read the QR code to identify the glass size, and pair and sort the pieces according to the size. 4. To improve the efficiency of glass sorting, the MES software supports the storage of multiple pieces of glass of different sizes in one cage, and can also realize pairing and shipping out of the warehouse from large to small or small to large. At the same time, it supports pairing of glass of the same size in the same cage and shipping out at the same time.
5. The testing table can put 9-12 pieces of glass into the cage per minute, and pair the glass efficiently.
