The intelligent glass loading and cutting integrated machine consists of two major systems: the loading and cutting integrated machine and the air floating breaking table. It integrates automatic loading, automatic optimization and layout, automatic labeling, automatic cutting, automatic conveying, and the air floating breaking table. The glass cutting process is automated. The machine is equipped with a power walking wheel, which can control the walking direction through a remote control in the work area, facilitating displacement. The machine can achieve straight and irregular cutting of glass, suitable for processing in glass industries such as architecture, decoration, home appliances, mirror assembly, handicrafts, etc.

Cutting technology
The pressure of the cutting blade is controlled by an electromechanical precision pressure valve, and the cylinder evenly outputs pressure to make the blade perfectly fit the glass surface for cutting To avoid knife jumping due to glass quality issues.
Automatic fuel supply
During glass cutting, kerosene is automatically filled using pneumatic pressure control, and synchronized with the cutting blade through PLC control.
Telescopic boom
The glass upper plate adopts a large arm telescopic structure, replacing the old machine's mobile plate picking, fully realizing automatic plate loading without manual intervention. Boom telescoping Loading not only has better safety, but also doubles the efficiency of loading.
Automatic loading
Equipped with 3 large arms, each arm is equipped with 5 sets of NBR suction cups to adsorb glass, ensuring the stability and reliability of the upper plate glass.
Machine walking
The remote control controls the machine to drive the walking reducer, enabling arbitrary turning and walking in the workshop.
Cylinder locking
After the machine is moved and loaded, the foot cylinder automatically works to support the body before cutting, ensuring the stability of the cutting process.
Countertop air flotation
The cutting table top is equipped with air flotation holes, and the centrifugal fan provides high-pressure air flow, which is convenient for glass transmission and protects the table top.
Glass conveying
After glass cutting, three Timing belt are used to cooperate with the air flotation system to transport the glass to the air flotation chip breaking table for chip breaking.

Automatic labeling
1. Replace manual labeling. The printer automatically prints labels that record glass information, and the labeling cylinder fingers grab the labels and attach them to the corresponding glass surface. (Customers choose this function based on their actual needs)
2. Head labeling: replaces the old-fashioned side labeling, with fast labeling speed and greatly improving production efficiency.
Automatic film removal
1. Adopting proportional valve control, with automatic pressure relief function, it will not damage the glass while evenly removing the Low-E film.
