1.Structural features
* The main drive adopts gear drive and frequency conversion speed regulation. The brush roller of the cleaning section rotates with two groups of motors, the upper and lower, which are driven by independent belts. The rotation is stable and the service life is extended. The special glass with high requirements for cleaning is realized by lifting and lowering the independent cylinder.
* Aluminum alloy assembled structure, no scrap concept, permanent use, high efficiency, energy saving up to 70% efficiency.
* The whole sheet metal part of the frame is sprayed with plastic.
* Complete machine conveying rubber roller( Φ 75mm) adopt imported butyl rubber (South Korea) vulcanized all-rubber covered stainless steel shaft structure (it is forbidden to contact acid liquid).
