Features
The fully automatic door and window glue machine is a device that seals the gap between the door and window pressure line and the glass during the door and window production process. This equipment has the following advantages:
1.The amount of glue used by the machine is 20% to 30% less than that used by hand.
2.Manual gluing requires one master and two assistants, and a single shift can produce about 300 panels. Machine gluing requires two assistants, and a single shift can produce 500 to 600 panels.
3. Automatic size detection system and automatic corner turning system are adopted; no need to measure the size of doors and windows, it can automatically detect the glass surface, find the starting point, sense the frame, sense the corners, and complete the gluing.
4. Double-station fully automatic door and window glue machine: it can place 2 window sashes at the same time, the maximum size of each window sash is 1500*1800mm, and the maximum size of a single window sash is 1500*3600mm. Each station can work independently, in a cycle or semi-cycle.
5. The four glue nozzles can be automatically switched, the angle of each glue nozzle can be automatically adjusted, and each glue nozzle can store 4 glue application parameters.
