Washing Section
1.Soft brushes, could wash low e glass
2.The bottom plate of the washing box is a double-layer bottom plate, the bottom plate is a whole sheet, there is no welding point, and there will be no water leakage
3.The washing adopts top gear transmission

Inspection and aluminium spacer assemble part
1.It is equipped with the opening door for this part, it is convenient to inspect the glass or wipe the glass when needed
2.For glass positioning, we use side positioning and lower positioning with thickened stainless steel plate, instead of the spring position, prolong use time,and keep straight when assemble with big aluminum spacer.
Outside assemble part
1.Could assemble for 2 layer, 3 layer, 4 layer glasses
2.The beam is aluminum profile with tapered wheel, lightweight and durable
3.Glass is positioned by side positioning. After the photoelectric sensor detects the glass, the roller comes out and stops the glass from the side , it assures the assembled max glass size could be same as the panel.
Argon gas filling ,panel pressing and inside assemble part
High pressing precision: Four ball screws and the rear panel have automatic guiding and positioning function to fully ensure the parallel pressing of the two glass. According to the size of the insulating glass , there is a pressure adjustment function, and the pressure holding time can be adjusted according to the size of the glass.

The main low-voltage electrical components (Panasonic inverter, Panasonic PLC, Panasonic servo, China Taiwan pneumatic vacuum system, touch screen, etc.) and maintenance-free transmission motors ,are all imported or famous domestic brands.
