Automatic Loading and Unloading Machine

The loading table is a loading equipment for fully automatic glass production lines, and can  also  be  used  for  laminated  glass production  lines  and  tempered  glass production  lines Production line, silver plating line, double-sided grinding production line and other uses.

Glass Washing and Drying Machine

The washing and drying machine is the key equipment of the whole line. According to the thickness of the glass, the device can adjust the upper rubber roller, brush roller, air knife, etc. to lift, with digital  display. The upper part can be lifted up to 300mm as a whole, which is convenient  for  cleaning  and  maintenance.  The  transmission  of the  brush  roller  is  separately driven by an upper motor and a lower motor, and the transmission speed is reasonable. Three pairs of brushes,  consisting of two pairs of medium-bristle brushes  and  a pair of soft-bristle brushes.  Equipped  with  two  pairs   of  stainless  steel  air  knives,  the   fan  is  equipped  with noise-absorbing cotton and air intake filter, with large air volume, low noise and good air-drying effect.

Automatic Laminator and Motorized PVB Film Rack
The gluing room is equipped with gluing positioning transition table, lifting universal wheel frame, positioning cylinder, PVB film spreader and upright walking suction cup machine, which is very convenient to operate multi-pieces and large pieces for merging. After each single piece is positioned, it will be automatically conveyed to the front end of the initial press through the transitional conveying section at high speed, and then automatically shifted to run at the same speed as the roller press, so that the space for the next piece of glass can be quickly vacated.
 

 

Glass Pre-pressing Machine

The  roller  press  has  a  reasonable   structure  and  is easy  to  operate.  The  main transmission adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and helical gear transmission. Thewhole machine runs stably and reliably. The limit block adjustment of the upper pressing roller is driven by a hard shaft to ensure that the gap between the two shafts is consistent.The entire heating section is heated by three ovens, each 2 meters long for a total of 6 meters. Each section is equipped with three convection fans, one at thetop and two on the sides, which makes the temperature inside the oven more uniform. The two large pressure rollers at the top and bottom are driven by independent motors, ensuring more precise pressing.
 

Forced Convection Glass Autoclave

The heating part of the convection autoclave adopts electric heating, fan convection, and automatic temperature control adjustment; not only ensures the uniformity of temperature in each heating section, but also saves energy to the greatest extent; compared with other domestic old-fashioned production lines, it can save energy by 30 %above. It is the first company in China to integrate   the   old-fashioned   fan   and   advanced   heating technology,   which   solves the shortcomings of high energy consumption of the fan autoclave and uneven temperature of the infrared autoclave. The shaft seals at the tail of the autoclave are all changed to high-pressure convection fans to reduce the shortcomings of the old autoclave shaft seals that often leak.
