Basic principle:
Its working principle is to transport the cut glass from the conveyor belt to the workbench, automatically enter the position of the glass through the photoelectric scanning system, and then the cutting head with diamond cutter wheel on the cutter box moves along the X and Y directions respectively by program control to cut the substrate. The control part of the machine uses CNC motion controller, and the drive part uses advanced AC servo motor.
