Model ZK-3826 of 2022 new chip loading and cutting all-in-one machine

1.The main machine of 3828 high-speed chip loading and cutting machine covers an area of 4500 × 2800× 800, the size of the original glass cut by the equipment is  all original glass sizes within 3660 × 2440.

 

2.With a 4300×2700× 800 portable air-floating open-sheet worktable at the back,has the glass high-pressure air-floating function, and has one horizontal, two vertical and three open-sheet ejector rods. The main machine and auxiliary machine can be used together or separately.

 

3. The beam drive adopts servo motor two-axis drive mode (the cheap equipment on the market adopts single-axis drive), and the two drive motors adopt Fuji servo motor (the cheap equipment on the market adopts the Stepper motor).

4.SMC electromagnetic proportional valve imported from Japan (the cheap equipment on the market adopts manual regulating valve ).

5.The computer control system is (GALIL, USA), and the glass cutting optimization system is the Beijing Guiyou brand optimization software system, which can optimize the normal glass size to 98%.
