1, Features
The aluminum profile three-axis CNC cutting saw (any angle saw) is equipped with two saw heads on the bed. The left saw head is fixed and fixed on the bed with screws. The right saw head of the three-axis CNC cutting saw can be moved on the guide rail and fixed at the required position by the control panel. The length of working cutting is completed by a three-axis CNC system. There is an operating table in front of the equipment, which can be moved left and right as needed. The electrical control components are all installed on the operating table.After the workpiece is placed on the workbench, as long as the operator presses the button according to the operating procedures, the machine can complete the workpiece positioning, pressing, cutting, tool return, release and other processes.

2, Main components
The aluminum profile three-axis CNC cutting saw (any angle saw) is mainly composed of left saw head, right saw head, bed, support frame, workbench and other main parts.
2.1, Left saw head
The left saw head is a fixed saw head. The right saw head moves left and right on the guide rail with the carriage. There is a linear motion pair between the carriage and the guide rail. The left and right movement of the saw head is brisk and flexible, ensuring smooth movement. The saw blade is fed by a cylinder. The pneumatic control system of the three-axis CNC double-head high-end cutting saw has the function of stepless speed adjustment. According to the processing needs, the feed and return speed can be adjusted, so that it has the function of slow feed and quick return.
2.2, lathe bed
The bed of the aluminum profile three-axis CNC cutting saw (any angle saw) is welded from low-carbon steel giant-shaped steel pipes. After welding, it undergoes aging treatment to ensure the rigidity and stability of the bed.
2.3, workbench
The fixed workbench and the left saw head are installed together, and the movable workbench can move horizontally left and right along with the carriage on the guide rail.
