Production line design concept
Based on the on-site situation, it is planned to have one kiln on the first line, which will save investment, achieve quick results, and ensure stable production of the melting furnace and molding; The melting furnace adopts an all electric melting furnace (or natural gas flame furnace), which is energy-saving, efficient, and environmentally friendly.
The molding adopts a 12 station fully automatic molding machine, which can produce 8 to 55 tons of products of different specifications. The designed daily output tonnage is 30-40 tons, and the annual production of qualified glass insulators is about 2.6 million pieces.
Raw material process
The raw material workshop is responsible for providing high-quality batch materials for qualified glass production to the furnace. The raw materials adopt a fully automatic batching system, which is precise and the system equipment is stable. To achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, extend the service life of the furnace, and reduce dust pollution to human health and the environment. All raw materials are considered to be qualified powder materials entering the factory, with a storage period of 60 days for silica sand and 30 days for bagged materials in the warehouse. The capacity of other raw materials is designed based on a daily consumption of 2-3 days using a single warehouse model.
The mixing system adopts a domestically produced mixer with a daily batching capacity of 80 tons.
Compression molding process:
The molding press adopts a twelve station fully automatic hydraulic molding machine.
Energy:
1) Electrical load: Total installed power: 4000 kW (2000 kW for natural gas kilns), it is recommended to use a dual circuit power supply;
2) The annual water loss is about 300m3, excluding circulating water.
3) Natural gas uses pipeline natural gas, with an annual gas consumption of about 800000 cubic meters (natural gas flame kilns require an increase in natural gas consumption of about 1.7 million cubic meters).
